Ingredient Notes
The below ingredients/food items are my recommendations and suggestions, but you are more than welcome to use any foods that you love best!
Pancakes: I love adding pancakes to these boards to make it a pancake charcuterie board.
You can use my recipe for Easy Vegan Pancakes or Pumpkin Pancakes, or any pancakes you love best.
Waffles: Adding waffles and making this a waffle charcuterie board is another great way to add substance to your board.
Fruit: This is a great way to add a bunch of nutrients, flavor, and bright pops of color to your board. I used a combination of citrus, berries, kiwi, and grapes.
Condiments: You can use tiny bowls and fill them with syrup, jelly, raisins, granola, peanut butter, etc.
This article has some great ideas for vegan pancake toppings.
Yogurt: I used a blueberry plant-based yogurt here, but feel free to use any flavor you like best.
Garnishes: I like using fresh herbs to garnish and in this instance, I used fresh sprigs of mint.
How to Make a Breakfast Charcuterie Board
Start by planning out what you will use on your breakfast and brunch boards.
Wash all fruit and prep/cut them according to your preference.
Add any condiments, granola, yogurt, etc. you might use to small dishes.
Make the pancakes, waffles, and let them cool just slightly.
Arrange everything on your board, garnish, and serve.
