Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

These strawberry banana chia seed overnight oats are sweet & creamy and are an easy five minute recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • cup oat milk
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt coconut based

Instructions

  • Start by combining the oat milk, strawberries, and banana in a blender and blend for 5-10 seconds.
  • Combine all ingredients in a container and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes and stir everything again to break up any clumps that are forming.
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour or ideally overnight.

Notes

These oats can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
