Ingredients

strawberries

small banana

cup
oat milk

cup
rolled oats

tablespoon
chia seeds
¼
cup
vanilla yogurt
coconut based
Instructions
Start by combining the oat milk, strawberries, and banana in a blender and blend for 5-10 seconds.
Combine all ingredients in a container and stir until everything is well combined.
Wait 2-3 minutes and stir everything again to break up any clumps that are forming.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour or ideally overnight.
Notes
These oats can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
