vanilla yogurt

chia seeds

peanut butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in 1-2 cups or containers and mix everything together for about 10-15 seconds.
Wait about 2 minutes then stir everything again, breaking up and clumps of chia seeds that might be forming.
Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until a thick pudding-like consistency has formed.
Notes
This chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
