Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in 1-2 cups or containers and mix everything together for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Wait about 2 minutes then stir everything again, breaking up and clumps of chia seeds that might be forming.
  • Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until a thick pudding-like consistency has formed.

Notes

This chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
