Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

These peanut butter and jelly overnight oats are an easy five minute recipe. They are made with creamy peanut butter, sweet jelly, and nourishing chia seeds and oats.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • cup oat milk
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon jelly

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes then stir everything again.
  • Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour or ideally overnight.
  • Stir once more before serving, top with any fresh fruit or desired toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

These overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for 3-5 days.
