Mason Jar Caesar Salads

These layered mason jar Caesar salads are easy to make and perfect for meal prepping and storing your favorite salad!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Regular or plant-based
  • 1 cup bowtie pasta cooked
  • ½ cup chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • ½ cup cucumbers chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese Regular or plant-based
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
  • Wash and prep all other ingredients according to the ingredient list. Pat the produce dry including the lettuce.
  • Divide and assemble the ingredients into two large jars. Make sure to place the dressing at the bottom of the jar immediately followed by the pasta. The lettuce should be placed at the top of the jars.

Notes

These mason jar salads can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
