- 1 cup uncooked oats
- ½ cup oat milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup raspberries fresh or frozen, or half of each
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ cup fresh berries
Cook the oatmeal on the stovetop using the water and oat milk. If you like your oats with a thicker or thinner consistency, adjust liquids accordingly.
In the last couple minutes of cooking your oats stir in your raspberries, maple syrup (if you want), and stir well, you will get a beautiful pink color! I like to stir in the frozen raspberries and use the fresh raspberries at the end to garnish.
Transfer to a bowl (or bowls), top and garnish with any preferred ingredients, and enjoy!
I use the frozen raspberries to mix into the oats for a better pop of color, but you can use fresh raspberries if you prefer.
You can use 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten your oatmeal.
