Ingredients

  • 2 wedges plant based cheese
  • 1 serving plant based meat
  • ¼ cup crackers or bread
  • ¼ cup cucumbers
  • ¼ cup carrots
  • ¼ cup bell peppers
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • 2 tablespoon nuts

Instructions

  • Grab a small serving dish or board and gather the ingredients you choose for your charcuterie board.
  • Wash any fresh produce or garnishes.
  • Cut or slice the foods into bite-sized pieces to make it easy to grab a piece of food from the board.
  • Arrange the foods in groups across the board, alternating varieties of foods.

These boards can be served fresh or covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
