- ½ pound rice noodles
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- ½ tsp sesame oil
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
While the noodles cook, prep and mix together all remaining ingredients for the sauce.
When the pasta has finished cooking, drain the noodles, return them to the pot, and toss them in the sauce.
Let cool slightly before serving.
To reduce the level of spiciness, use half the amount of chili garlic sauce that the recipe calls for.
These noodles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
