Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Start by washing/scrubbing the potatoes and patting them dry with a clean towel.
  • Poke holes in each of the potatoes using a fork. I like to poke each potato about 15 times. Then coat each potato with olive oil and salt, and transfer them to the air fryer.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove the potatoes at the halfway mark to toss them.
  • Allow them to cool before adding toppings and enjoying.
