  • ½ pound pasta
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 1 cup basil
  • ¼ cup balsamic salad dressing See below for dressing ingredients

Balsamic Salad Dressing

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


  • Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. After cooking, drain, and set aside to cool.
  • Mix all ingredients for the balsamic salad dressing and set aside.
  • Wash the fresh ingredients and then slice the tomatoes and roughly chop the basil.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until well combined and coated in the dressing.
