Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats uncooked
  • 1 ¼ cup oat milk
  • ¼ cup plant based yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon plant based protein
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and mix until well combined.
  • Cover and set in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Remove from the fridge, stir, and enjoy!
