Orange Popsicles

These refreshing homemade popsicles are made with freshly squeezed juice and are the perfect plant based treat!

Equipment

  • 1 Popsicle Mold
  • 6 Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice about 8 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Juice the oranges and lemon.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix together well.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and place popsicle sticks in the mold/popsicles.
  • Place in the freezer until frozen solid (approximately 4 hours).

Notes

To store: either leave the popsicles in the freezer in the popsicle molds with the tops covered. If removing from the popsicle mold, wrap in saran or plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. 
If you're having difficulty removing the popsicles from the mold, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds before trying again.
