Watermelon Popsicles

These sweet and refreshing homemade fruit ice pops are made using only 3 simple ingredients.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ tsp agave nectar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Place popsicle sticks in the molds and return to the freezer until frozen solid.
  • Remove from the popsicle mold and enjoy.

Notes

If you have difficulty removing the popsicle from the popsicle mold, try running the mold under a little warm water for several seconds and try again. Do not get the actual popsicle wet.
