Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup mango frozen
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until your smoothie is creamy and well mixed.
  • Top with your favorite ingredients and enjoy!

Notes

The oat milk can be substituted for any other plant based milk. 
Freeze the fruit in advance. If you are unable to freeze the fruit, add 1 cup of ice to the blender.
