  • Blender


  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup orange frozen
  • ½ cup grapefruit frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple frozen


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl or cup, garnish or add any desired toppings, and enjoy.


Freeze all of your fruit in advance to have a more frozen consistency. If you don't have time to freeze in advance, add one cup of ice to the other ingredients.
