  • Blender


  • 1 cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup Oat Milk
  • ½ cup Blackberries frozen
  • 1 Banana frozen


  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.


Be sure to use frozen fruit in this recipe. If you don't have frozen fruit ready to go, add one cup of ice to the blender. 
You can substitute the oat milk for any other plant-based milk that you like best.
