This snack board is filled with all of my favorite fruits, vegetables, and treats, and is the perfect vegan appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups grapes
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 1 cup pita chips
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

Optional Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh herbs to garnish
  • vegan cheeses

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all produce.
  • Arrange all ingredients on your board.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Use as many ingredients as possible to have a wide variety of flavors, colors, and textures.
Use small bowls for ingredients like your hummus or agave nectar.
