Blueberry Popsicles

These homemade yogurt popsicles are a delicious dessert that the entire family will love. This is an easy plant based dessert made with nutritious vegan ingredients.

Equipment

  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 banana large
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup plant-based yogurt vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into the popsicle molds, add your popsicle sticks, and place in the freezer for 3 hours or until frozen solid.
  • Remove from the popsicle molds and enjoy!

Notes

You can swap the blueberries for any of your favorite frozen berries.
If you're having a hard time removing the ice pops from the mold, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds before removing the pop.
