Popsicle molds
Popsicle sticks
Blender
- 1 banana large
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup plant-based yogurt vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into the popsicle molds, add your popsicle sticks, and place in the freezer for 3 hours or until frozen solid.
Remove from the popsicle molds and enjoy!
You can swap the blueberries for any of your favorite frozen berries.
If you're having a hard time removing the ice pops from the mold, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds before removing the pop.
