Kale Avocado Smoothie

This green smoothie is filled with fresh, whole foods, and is one of my favorite vegan smoothie recipes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ cup pineapple frozen
  • ¼ cup avocado
  • ¼ cup cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  • Combine the kale and oat milk in a high speed blender and blend until you no longer have large pieces of kale.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until you've reached a smooth and creamy consistency.

Notes

I always recommend freezing the fruit for your smoothies in advance. This helps to make the smoothie extra creamy and frozen.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, I recommend using less oat milk. If you want it to be less thick, use a little extra oat milk.
Can substitute your favorite leafy greens for the kale and can substitute your favorite plant-based milk in place of the oat milk if you don't have any on hand.
