Notes
I always recommend freezing the fruit for your smoothies in advance. This helps to make the smoothie extra creamy and frozen.If you prefer a thicker smoothie, I recommend using less oat milk. If you want it to be less thick, use a little extra oat milk.Can substitute your favorite leafy greens for the kale and can substitute your favorite plant-based milk in place of the oat milk if you don't have any on hand.
