This fresh veggie sandwich is filled with creamy hummus and crisp vegetables, layered between two fluffy slices of sourdough bread.

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • ¼ cup lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 4 slices radishes
  • 1 tablespoon hummus


  • Wash and prep all produce according to ingredient list.
  • Spread the hummus on your bread and pile the vegetables on top.


You can swap the hummus for guacamole or for your favorite dip or spread. 
If you're feeling extra wild, add some chips to your sandwich for some extra texture and crunch!
Pairs well with my spinach white bean soup.
