- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt plant-based
- ½ cup frozen fruit
Combine all ingredients in a container and stir everything together until well combined.
Cover and store the oats in the fridge overnight or at least for one hour.
Remove the oats from the fridge and stir well before serving.
These oats can be stored in the fridge in a closed container for up to four days.
Stir well before and after placing in the fridge.
