Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit

These sweet and creamy overnight oats are made using just four simple ingredients and take just five minutes to prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt plant-based
  • ½ cup frozen fruit

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a container and stir everything together until well combined.
  • Cover and store the oats in the fridge overnight or at least for one hour.
  • Remove the oats from the fridge and stir well before serving.

Notes

These oats can be stored in the fridge in a closed container for up to four days.
Stir well before and after placing in the fridge.
