Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes

These savory air fried potatoes are deliciously crispy on the outside and tender in the middle.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Scrub the potatoes with a scrubber and warm water. Then sliced them in half the long way. While you're prepping the potatoes preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Toss the potatoes in a large bowl with the olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Pause the air fryer and add the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes total removing the potatoes half way through cooking to toss them. Then return them to the air fryer to continue cooking.

Notes

Be sure to start checking the potatoes around the 12 minute mark to ensure your potatoes are the perfect level of crisp for your personal liking.
