Air Fryer Chickpeas

These savory chickpeas are full of flavor and incredibly quick and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz chickpeas 1 can
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • While the air fryer preheats, drain and rinse the chickpeas and toss them in a bowl with the olive oil and seasoning .
  • Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer and cook them for 8 minutes, pausing the air fryer and tossing them at the 4 minute mark.
  • Cook slightly longer if you prefer more of a crispy texture. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoying.

Notes

These chickpeas can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
