- 1 cup plant based yogurt vanilla
- 2 tablespoon fruit puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
If you don't have pre-made fruit puree on hand, create your puree first.
Mix together the yogurt, fruit puree, and maple syrup.
Dip your favorite fresh fruit in the dip and enjoy!
This dip can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
I originally made strawberry fruit dip using strawberry puree (pictured above) but you can use any flavor fruit puree in your dip.
