Vegan Dragon Fruit Popsicles

These refreshing plant based popsicles are packed with sweet flavors and bright, beautiful color.

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dragon fruit
  • 2 cups mango
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Remove and place your popsicle sticks in the pops.
  • Place back in the freezer for another few hours, or until frozen solid.
  • Remove and enjoy!

Notes

If you have difficulty removing the popsicle from the mold, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds and try again. Do not get the actual popsicle in the water.
