Ingredients

  • 4 cups watercress
  • 1 cup falafel
  • ½ cup cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup pickled red onions
  • ¼ cup tahini dressing see notes below for link to recipe

Instructions

  • Start by prepping your pickled red onions and heating up your falafel.
  • Wash and prep other ingredients according to the ingredient list above.
  • Assemble all ingredients in a large serving dish, add a drizzle of tahini dressing, mix well, and serve right away.

If you don't have falafel on hand, you can swap it out for chickpeas.
