Equipment

  • High speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 cup Pineapple Frozen
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • ½ cup Ice
  • ½ cup Kale
  • ¼ cup Cucumber

Instructions

  • Combine the kale and coconut water in your blender and blend until the kale is nice and chopped up.
  • Add your remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until you have reached a smooth and creamy consistency.

Notes

You can substitute baby spinach in place of the kale.
Any plant-based milk or water can be substituted in place of the coconut water.
If you're looking for more of a frozen consistency, add ¼ cup of ice at a time at the end of blending until you reach the desired consistency.
