- 1 Banana Frozen
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1 cup Pineapple Frozen
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- ½ cup Ice
- ½ cup Kale
- ¼ cup Cucumber
Combine the kale and coconut water in your blender and blend until the kale is nice and chopped up.
Add your remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until you have reached a smooth and creamy consistency.
You can substitute baby spinach in place of the kale.
Any plant-based milk or water can be substituted in place of the coconut water.
If you're looking for more of a frozen consistency, add ¼ cup of ice at a time at the end of blending until you reach the desired consistency.
