Let's celebrate the first day of summer! This piña colada smoothie bowl has sweet pineapple and coconut flavors and tastes just like that tropical vacation we all so badly need.
Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ⅔ cup pineapple juice
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup ice cubes
Optional Toppings
- Banana
- Pineapple
- Oranges
- Coconut flakes
Directions
Blend together your frozen banana, frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and ice cubes until well blended and smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish the top of your smoothie with fresh fruit.
Close your eyes, pretend you're at the beach, and enjoy!
