With warmer weather just around the corner, I’m feeling so excited to whip up some light and refreshing smoothies! 🌱πŸ₯₯ Every since I started adding plant-based yogurt to my overnight oats, I can’t seem to get enough of them! They are so creamy and delicious and perfect for prepping ahead of time for an easy breakfast πŸŒ±β˜€οΈ My recipe for this sweet potato power bowl with tahini dressing is up on the blog tonight! 🌿🍠 Spinach white bean soup is a great spring entree. It’s made with tons of fresh veggies and is both delicious and nutritious! 🌿🌱 I collaborated with @emondo.kids to bring you a new blog post all about preparing healthy and delicious plant-based meals for kids. It has a bunch of great info and includes a brand new recipe! This lemon pasta is refreshing and savory with just the right amount of zest! Planted in the Kitchen turned 2 last week! πŸ₯³πŸŒ± Homemade berry ice pops are a delicious and healthy choice for dessert that the entire family will love! They are so easy to make ahead of time and perfect for a sweet grab-and-go treat. 🌱🫐 It was 70 degrees in Boston today!! I know that this was probably as warm as it will get for the next couple weeks but these warm and sunny afternoons really make it feel like springtime β˜€οΈπŸŒ±πŸŒ·
