

Ingredients
- ½ cup uncooked oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds (or ¼ cup chia seed pudding)
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- Fresh fruit to top/garnish
Instructions
Cook oatmeal according to package (sometimes I like swapping water for nut milk when cooking the oats).
When finished cooking, add chia seeds/chia pudding, frozen blueberries, mix well, and continue to cook on low heat for an additional few minutes.
Serve with fresh blueberries and additional fruit on top.
