- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 cup kale
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1/2 cup pepitas (can also substitute pine nuts)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and process for at least a minute. Add more olive oil if you prefer a smoother consistency. Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
