Blueberry Oatmeal Bars

We are on the move a lot, especially in the summer! I wanted to make a healthy grab-and-go oatmeal bar recipe to take along with us on our adventures. Head below to try my blueberry oatmeal bar recipe!


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat your oven to 350°

Add 2 cups of your rolled oats (leave 1 cup of oats to the side for later), almond milk, banana, apple sauce, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract to a food processor and process for a few seconds.

Mix in your remaining oats and blueberries by hand until well mixed.

Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle some more oats on top, and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, checking frequently near the end.

Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
