Can you really have summer without ice pops? I have the most refreshing watermelon ice pop recipe for summer’s hottest days!
- 2 cups fresh watermelon (no seeds, please! 🙂 )
- 1/4 cup cool water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into your ice pop molds and place in the freezer. If your molds come with sticks, use those. If you need to add your own, wait about 1 hour into freezing and then place your sticks into the pops.
Wait at least 4 hours (or longer… sorry!!) until your pops are frozen solid. Cool off on a hot day and enjoy!
