Watermelon ice pops are the perfect snack for a hot day! This vegan dessert is light, refreshing, and filled with sweet flavors of summer. These ice pops are easy to make and healthier than your classic desserts.
I love being able to use up all of my produce without letting any go to waste. This recipe is perfect when I buy a large watermelon and can’t finish the whole thing in time. It’s a great way to use all of your produce and make a delicious treat at the same time!
Watermelon Ice Pop Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh watermelon (seedless)
- 1/4 cup cool water
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth. Pour the mixture into your ice pop molds and place in the freezer. Place your popsicle sticks into the moulds and place in the freezer.
Wait at least 4 hours until your pops are frozen solid and ready to eat. Cool off on a hot day and enjoy all summer long!
Ice pop tip: If it’s hard to get your ice pops out of the mold, run the outer part of the mold under room temperature water. This will help the pops slide out easily!
