Broccoli Salad

Broccoli salad is an easy, healthy, dish that is perfect for spring and summer meals. Bring it along to a picnic or cookout, or enjoy it at home as an easy side dish!



  • 3 cups fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup radishes
  • 1/4 cup dred cranberries
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Wash all produce thoroughly.

Mix all dressing ingredients together and set aside.

Chop broccoli and radishes into small pieces, dice onion, and mix together with the cranberries, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. Combine with the dressing and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to maximize flavors.
