Blueberry Chia Seed Oats

Chia seeds are my latest food obsession. These tiny seeds are nutrient-dense and easy to add to so many foods, like these blueberry oats!


  • 1/2 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (or 1/4 cup chia seed pudding)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • Fresh fruit to top/garnish


Cook oatmeal according to package (sometimes I like swapping water for nut milk when cooking the oats).

When finished cooking, add chia seeds/chia pudding, frozen blueberries, mix well, and continue to cook on low heat for an additional few minutes.

Serve with fresh blueberries and additional fruit on top.
