Plant-Based Snack Board

If you know me, you know that I LOVE a good snack board. Today I put together a fun plant-based snack board with some healthy options to help you stay on track with those resolutions!

Ingredients

  • Bell Peppers- I usually like to use several different colors for a mix of flavor and color!
  • Dried cranberries
  • Radishes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Trail mix
  • Pita chips
  • Veggie straws
  • Hummus- I used my Roasted Beet Hummus recipe for a pop of color

Instructions

Wash all produce well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
