If you know me, you know that I LOVE a good snack board. Today I put together a fun plant-based snack board with some healthy options to help you stay on track with those resolutions!
- Bell Peppers- I usually like to use several different colors for a mix of flavor and color!
- Dried cranberries
- Cherry tomatoes
- Trail mix
- Pita chips
- Veggie straws
- Hummus- I used my Roasted Beet Hummus recipe for a pop of color
Wash all produce well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange your snacks on a board and snack away!
