This blueberry muffin smoothie is packed with flavor and plenty of protein. It has tons of great substance and texture, and is a great way to kick-off your day!
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or sub for your favorite plant-based milk)
- 1/4 cup uncooked oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
All all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
