- 1 piece of toast
- 1/4 of a ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh pea shoots
- 1 fresh radish (sliced)
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Wash all produce.
Make your toast on your bread of choice.
Spread your avocado onto your toast and mash it down with a fork (this helps create a good base for the rest of your ingredients). Sprinkle your crushed red pepper flakes on your avocado.
Add your pea shoots, sliced tomatoes and radishes on top of your avocado and season lightly with salt and pepper.
