Baked Peaches

If you love dessert as much as I do, you’re going to love this recipe. Using deliciously ripe peaches and a brown sugar glaze, you can turn fruit into a sweet and (almost) healthy dessert!


  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 Tbsp melted vegan butter
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Preheat your oven to 375°.

Wash and dry your peaches.

Slice each peach in half and carefully remove the pit, then place the peaches in a baking dish.

Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then brush on top of each peach.

Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.

Let cool slightly and enjoy!

*For an extra delicious treat, add a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream on top!
