Let’s kick off 4th of July week with some fun patriotic recipes! Today we have white chocolate dipped strawberries with homemade blue sprinkles.
- 2 pounds of strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp blue sprinkles (try my recipe for homemade Sprinkles)
Wash and dry strawberries.
Heat your white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish for 1 minute. Remove carefully and stir, heat for an additional 1 minute.
Dip your strawberries one at a time in the chocolate, gently shaking to remove excess chocolate before placing it on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
Add sprinkles onto each strawberry while chocolate is still warm and hasn’t hardened yet. I recommend completing one entire chocolate and sprinkle covered strawberry before moving onto the next.
Once all strawberries are made, place your plate or baking sheet in the fridge and let the chocolate cool and harden for approximately 30 minutes.
