Spicy Veggie Wrap

This wrap packs in a LOT of flavor, most of the flavor being of the spicy variety! If spicy isn’t for you, don’t worry! You can swap out the spicy tortilla and hummus for a different and still delicious non-spicy option.


  • 1 Spicy habanero lime tortilla from Trader Joe’s
  • 1 Tbsp Supremely spicy hummus
  • 1 Tomato (seeded and sliced)
  • Bell peppers (orange and yellow)
  • Microgreens
  • Cucumbers
  • Shredded red cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp goat cheese


Wash and dry all produce.

Lay tortilla out flat, spread hummus onto the middle of the tortilla in a 2 inch wide section running down the middle of the tortilla.

Place your vegetables in the same 2 inch strip down the middle of the tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top.

Roll your wrap up and enjoy!
