Smoothie bowls and summer mornings go hand in hand. I do love a good omelette or egg scramble, but on hot mornings a cold, refreshing smoothie bowl is the perfect breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
Blend together your frozen blueberries, almond milk, and frozen banana until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl, then add your remaining ingredients on top.
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
